Please join the Housing Justice working group of the UUCM Social Justice Coalition on Thursday February 13, 2020 from 5:30 to 6:45 PM in the Peierls Room to learn about protecting tenants, preventing evictions, and providing needed affordable housing resources.
Building from discussion and research following the 2019 UUCM SJC Retreat, we will share our interests and learn about ongoing efforts of the Tenants Organization of Montclair (T.O.O.M) to implement a local rent control ordinance in consideration of a congregation-wide Social Justice initiative.
