Out Front: Sexuality and Gender Alliance, part of the social justice coalition at the Unitarian Universalist Congregation at Montclair, is a faith-based, open and affirming group committed to the promotion of a positive image and a supportive environment for the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Questioning, Intersex, Asexual, and Allied (LGBTQIA+) community. Out Front strives to foster UU values of interdependence, equity, transformation, pluralism, generosity, justice, and love.
