The Universalist Sestercentennial is here!

Dear Colleagues and Friends of Murray Grove Retreat and Renewal Center,

The Universalist Sestercentennial is here!

A continent-wide celebration of 250 years of Universalism and its impact now and for the future will be held virtually October 2-4, 2020. You and your congregants are invited!

Highlighting the weekend is Sunday’s service which could be your congregation’s virtual service on October 4th. It will be led by Rev. Justin Schroeder, senior co-minister of the First Universalist Church of Minneapolis and projected continentally by Zoom and YouTube. Congregational fee for the live stream feed of this service is $250. To reserve your congregation’s place at this monumental service please email the Murray Grove office at murraygrove@murraygrove.org. Zoom links will be supplied with registration confirmation.

As you can see from the flyer below, there will be a rich array of programs, talks, workshops and entertainment for registrants to enjoy. We will even dedicate a representation of the Hand in Hand that brought Universalism to our shores. (When it is safe we hope your families will come enjoy and climb on it.) You are specifically invited to join us for a grand toast to Universalism’s Sestercentennial on Friday evening.
