  • The purpose of Out Front, the Sexuality and Gender Alliance is to: 
    • Create a brave space that challenges oppression and models a world transformed by the celebration and expression of everyone’s unique truth.
    • Shine a beacon so LTBTQ+ people can find connection and community.
    • Promote the visibility, and engagement of LGBTQ+ people throughout the life of the congregation.
    • Educate and advocate within the congregation and within the community on issues surrounding gender and sexuality diversity with an intersectional lens that de-centers whiteness and counters oppressions such as cis-normativity, heteronormativity, classism and ableism.
