Courageous Conversations

  • Purpose: The Purpose of Courageous Conversations is to address obstacles that make listening across differences difficult. 
    • To help participants examine and challenge our own biases. 
    • To foster in participants, the ability to listen well and deeply, which is key to understanding. 
    • To develop the capacity of understanding which strengthens the bonds needed to conduct meaningful justice work across differences. 
    • To develop a relational culture to advance our social justice work.
