Sharing Remembrances in Worship works best when we share our souls’ yearnings with the worship leader before Sunday morning. If you would like to have this Sunday’s worship leader share your request aloud during the pastoral prayer, you may do so by submitting the form. This will also light a candle on our website.
Our Joys and Sorrows
Dr Judith Hugh-Goffe
This candle is for Dr Judy and it is from her husband Leslie and daughter Gaia. We light this candle for Dr Judy, Jamaican born pediatrician; Dr Judith Hugh-Goffe who passed away on Tuesday the 3rd here in New Jersey. Dr Judy lived in West Orange, practiced in South Orange and came to Montclair to worship and find community. Dr Judy is missed by her many patients and missed terribly by her family.
Tonya Barnhart
We lit a candle for Tonya Barnhart. Tanya has been through multiple illnesses recently and she has just been diagnosed again with breast cancer; we hold Tanya in our hearts and in our prayers praying for recovery.
