This group will use the book “Making Friends With Death: A Buddhist Guide to Encountering Mortality” by Judith l. Lief to guide discussions about a topic often avoided in our culture.

SoulCollage® is an expressive arts practice that can be done individually or in community.

In this covenant group we will explore our life transitions, challenges, and expectations as we enter and experience this third age of life.

Each month, we write a reflection based on the congregational theme.
