The BASH is Coming!  Join us for a Great Pajama Party on Saturday Nov 22nd at 6 pm.

  • On this page you can register and get the Auctria App, submit your donations, register your kids for childcare at the U that evening, and make bids when the bidding starts.
  •  All  DONATIONS MUST BE DONATED AND RECEIVED BY 5 PM ON MONDAY NOV. 3RD.  NO EXCEPTIONS!
  • To make a donation, click the button on the Auctria App – you can do it from your cell phone! Fill out the Google form with details of your event, party, or other donation.
  • If you are Interested in donating a physical item, such as a gift basket, jewelry, clothing,art, games, furniture etc., you must upload a photo of the item on the donation form. IMPORTANT: not all physical items submitted will be offered during the Bash. We will be also having a UUCM Boutique in the spring, and some of the donated physical items will be offered through the Boutique instead. We will let you know where your physical item will be offered!
  • Please consider soliciting gift cards and Bash offerings from local merchants! Solicitation cover letters and forms are available from the Bash team.

Do you love a good Raffle?  We’re trying something new for our Raffle this year:

– Raffle Items will be viewable in the ONLINE Bash Catalogue starting October 29th AND also displayed during Connection Cafe on SUNDAY NOV 9TH ANDSUNDAY NOV 16TH.

-ALL Raffle ticket sales/submissions must be made ONLY ONLINE and BEFORE THE BASH – – from Sunday November  through  Friday November 21 at 12 noon.

–  If you WIN anything in the Raffle, you will be notified by the Auctria System AUTOMATICALLY through text messages and/or emails.

– SO THE GOOD NEWS IS – – when you arrive at the Bash on Saturday Nov 22nd – you’ll already know what raffle Items you’ve won – – bring a bag to carry your loot home!!! — You will still have the opportunity to win more through the silent auction which will continue through the evening, and the live auction that will take place that evening as well. Come enjoy refreshment, mingle with friends and bid on lots of exciting offerings.
