We are committed to reaching beyond our walls to support work in the world that reflects our religious beliefs. Each month, we dedicate 22% of our Sunday collection to an organization whose mission aligns with our Principles and Covenant. Over the course of the year, we select a range of organizations addressing hunger, homelessness, equity, healthcare for underserved populations, environmental issues, and programs for individuals with developmental disabilities, among others.

Previous recipients include First Friends NY/NJ, The Trevor Project, and Planned Parenthood.

Our congregation affirms the inherent worth and dignity of every person and the interconnectedness of all life. Reaching out to the larger community is a cornerstone of our congregational life.

Sharing Our Riches welcomes your suggestions and encourages you to submit justice and service organizations for our consideration. We prioritize organizations that are local, reflect our Unitarian Universalist values, and have a direct connection to our members or to our justice initiatives.
