Come to Fletcher Hall after the 11:00 AM service on Sunday, December 10, 2017 to learn more about UUCM’s newly formed Social Justice Coalition (SJC). The mission of the SJC is to harness and leverage the power of the congregation through shared action to help bring an end to inequality, both locally and globally. Johanna Foster, Jerry Fried and Teresa DeSousa will be on hand for 30 minutes after the service to introduce the SJC, answer any questions they can, and also to find out what social justice issues speak to you. The SJC will be conducting a coordinated listening campaign in early 2018 – more information will follow after the holidays.
