Please plan on attending our 3rd Strategic Planning Town Hall Meeting on Sunday, September 15, 2019 at 12:30 PM in the Peierls Room.
We first met last fall to review the draft of the new Mission Statement, approved by the congregation in June. Our spring Town Hall on May 19th was a well-attended working session that helped draft Goals and Objectives that ultimately will define our path ahead regarding outreach, member engagement, staffing, budget, etc. in each ministry area. This next meeting will be an opportunity for you to review the Board-approved draft Vision Statement and learn more about where you can participate throughout the year.
For Strategic Planning, the 2019-2020 UUCM program year will offer many ways to engage in the process and the Board of Trustees invites you to participate at any and all levels. Members, committee chairs, team leaders and staff are encourage to continue to provide input so that the final plan truly reflects our aspirations and the means to achieve them.
