You don’t have to go to New York to see award-winning cabaret singers. They’re coming to Fletcher Hall on Saturday, May 7th, at 8 pm! UUCM Assistant Music Director Stearns Matthews (2015 MAC Award for Best Male Vocalist and Best Recording; 2015 Bistro Award for Outstanding Recording), Corinna Sowers-Adler (multiple MAC Award nominee), Elizabeth Southard (Broadway’s Phantom of the Opera), and Gary Mauer (Phantom of the Opera, Les Miserables, Showboat) headline a stellar cast of singers, some professional, some darned good amateurs. They’ll sing (and dance) Broadway songs and some little known gems just right for this spring night, accompanied by a band of UUCM stalwarts led by Music Director Markus Grae-Hauck.
