Here at UUCM we have a space for everyone. From small meetings and community activities, to weddings and concerts in our large and beautifully restored Sanctuary; we have the perfect space for your event.

We are centrally located on Church Street in Montclair next to a paid parking lot with more than enough spaces to accommodate your group. Our well maintained facilities are a picturesque venue for all of your rental needs.

For 4 hour events, a security deposit of 25% of the total is due no later than 30 days prior to the event. This deposit will be applied to the balance. For more than 4 hours add $100/hourly, subject to availability.

The rental fee includes: Setting up the room with tables and chairs in the manner desired by the renter, taking down tables and chairs at the end time and disposing of bagged refuse, Sweeping/vacuuming to return the room to its original order.

The rental fee DOES NOT include: All other clean up not listed above is to be done by the renter.

A Facility Rental Request Form MUST be completed in order to consider your request to use our facilities. Forms are also available in the UUCM office. Once completed you can mail, e-mail, or fax (973-744-0131) the form to our Administrator, Danielle Carlo. 

Upon approval, you will be emailed a Rental Agreement that will include the fees. The full amount will be due 1 week prior to your event. Please make all checks payable to UUCM.

Alliance Room – A cozy living room setting perfect for small meetings for up to 15 people located on the lower level.

Fletcher Hall – A Tudor-style banquet hall with stage, great for concerts, plays and other events with a capacity of 165.

Peierls Room – A large meeting room on the second floor of the Annex building that is excellent for lectures, presentations and other events for groups of up to 75 people.

Rotunda – A stunning space for social events or intimate weddings situated on the second floor of the Annex building with a capacity of 45.

Sanctuary – A breathtaking, newly renovated auditorium with a Steinway grand piano and pipe organ. Including the balcony, this space fits 263.

Mortenson Room – A bright meeting room on the second floor of the Annex building suited for groups of up to 20.
