Here at UUCM we have a space for everyone. From small meetings and community activities, to weddings and concerts in our large and beautifully restored Sanctuary; we have the perfect space for your event.
We are centrally located on Church Street in Montclair next to a paid parking lot with more than enough spaces to accommodate your group. Our well maintained facilities are a picturesque venue for all of your rental needs.
For 4 hour events, a security deposit of 25% of the total is due no later than 30 days prior to the event. This deposit will be applied to the balance.
The rental fee includes: Setting up the room with tables and chairs in the manner desired by the renter, taking down tables and chairs at the end time and disposing of bagged refuse, Sweeping/vacuuming to return the room to its original order.
The rental fee DOES NOT include: All other clean up not listed above is to be done by the renter.
Please be sure to inquire about member and non-profit pricing! We are also happy to offer tours of the grounds as well as reserve multiple spaces, based on availability.
Upon approval, you will be emailed a Rental Agreement that will include the fees. We accept cash or check made payable to UUCM. We now accept credit card payments! Please consider a donation of 3% to help us offset our credit card fees!
Peierls Room – A large meeting room on the second floor of the Annex building that is excellent for lectures, presentations and other events for groups of up to 60 people.
