John Wodnick

Trustee at Large

John Wodnick has been a member of the UUCM since Charlie Ortman’s tenure and has thoroughly enjoyed raising three children in this congregation. He has served as a Religious Education teacher, as a liturgist, and as a member of the Council on Ministries, as well as being an integral part of the team that composed the current mission statement. John has been a high school English teacher for over 30 years, and is happiest when discussing philosophy and literature with teenagers. Some of his fondest memories as a Unitarian Universalist involve tending to the blossoming spirituality of adolescents in our congregation, whether on trips to Boston and New York as part of the Coming of Age program or chaperoning overnight Youth Cons. He is eager to continue his service by joining the Board.
